VII. Dispositions générales
1.
Les réunions se tiendront normalement dans le pays dont le représentant
assure la présidence des réunions.
2.
L'Etat hôte prend les dispositions nécessaires pour assurer le
secrétariat et l'organisation matérielle des réunions.
3.
Chaque Etat désignera au sein de son administration des affaires
étrangères un fonctionnaire qui sera le correspondant de ses homologues dans
les autres Etats.
