Summary

  Dartle asks Copperfield at Steerforth’s house why he is away so much and why he acts oddly recently.
Steerforth and Copperfield ask Rosa to play the harp.
At the end, Steerforth says that for the future they should love each other very much.
She runs off. Copperfield leaves early next morning.
