I need some help. Can you maybe define the literary technique of atmosphere and give and example or two to get me started off? Any help is much appreciated.

Hello , Meleemasta
Now I'm reading the book " David Copperfield " , but I wonder when it is finished . Because the novel is longer than any other stories Dickens wrote (many chaperers ).
with the literary technique fo atmosphere , I would like to exerpt "Chapter Eleven ". From this selection , I found how vividly Dickens could depict senes , what warm pity he felt for the unfortunate , what resoures in humor and sentiment he possedded . my unforgettable scene is about David's spending in the morning in Lonson . ---- My favorite lounging-place in the interval was old LOndon Bridge ....
Another example I would like to show is from "Chapter Two " about his first person just after David was born .
---- The first objects that assume a disinct presence before me ...... These lines seem to be visuabe scene by means of humorous writing tecnique .
Probabley this story must have a lot of wonderful , moving and unforgettable atomospher .
When I finish it , I really want to send you message on this subject .
I'm sorry for poor knowlege about it .
Thank you .
I hope your reply soon .
