I think David came in Mr. Wickfields's adobe and then immidiate became a close passion to Mr. Wickfield and his daughter Agnes. I think this angered Uriah for he has resided there for many years, and David comes and steals the attention and actually becomes a part of their family. Agnes also becomes very fond of David, and I think Uriah had his eyes always set on her and this enraged him further.
