This Singing Ground

 

And in the wilderness of the mountain

And in the wilderness of the valley

-To the consumed heart they are both the same-

The word blessed the silence in which it was spoken

 

The moments of poverty will pass

The barrenness will be transformed

The empty will be filled and filled again

 

How else can the soul live?

Live without that for which it was born?

Live for that which moves all things

Or live for anything less than this
