Can someone tell me if I have translated this correctly? The phrase is "Never close your eyes".

ουδέποτε κλείω σας φωτερά

Do I have it basically correct, or should I make some changes before I put it on my body :)

Your Greek phrase says "I never close you, bright ones", which is an interesting rendering. If you need a more precise translation, you can say "οὐδέποτε σὰ ὄμματα κλείειν δεῖ" (=you should never close your eyes).
