Everytime I receive a letter like yours I feel very sorry because one of the
most important, if not the most important, text on monasticism is missing from
the internet.
So far as I know, only one group of St.
Basil's rules, those known as "longer
rules", is translated, but not easy to find even in print.

the longer and the shorter rules) at
