I know all the letters of a word, but i am so confused about spelling them out as a word.
I know every word, but can not speak! Suffering

Your post, contrary to its content (suffering...) is beautifully short as a haiku!

Stop suffering, and start studying! If you learn the sounding of each letter, and listen to words or phrases, you can learn how to pronounce , without much difficulty. Here is a page with descriptions of Greek pronunciation, and audio files.
