[See Appendix] ** 18 19 20 21 22 23 [See Appendix] 24 Sala, 25 Eber, Pheleg, Ragan, 26 Seruch, Nachor, Tharrha, 27 Abraam. 28 And the sons of Abraam, Isaac, and Ismael. 29 And these [are] their generations: the first-born of Ismael, Nabaeoth, and Kedar, Nabdeel, Massam, 30 Masma, Iduma, Masse, Chondan, Thaeman, 31 Jettur, Naphes, Kedma: these [are] the sons of Ismael. 32 And the sons of Chettura Abraam’s concubine:-- and she bore him Zembram, Jexan, Madiam, Madam, Sobac, Soe: and the sons of Jexan; Daedan, and Sabai; 33 and the sons of Madiam; Gephar, and Opher, and Enoch, and Abida, and Eldada; all these [were] the sons of Chettura. 34 And Abraam begot Isaac: and the sons of Isaac [were] Jacob, and Esau. 35 The sons of Esau, Eliphaz, and Raguel, and Jeul, and Jeglom, and Core. 36 The sons of Eliphaz: Thaeman, and Omar, Sophar, and Gootham, and Kenez, and Thamna, and Amalec. 37 And the sons of Raguel, Naches, Zare, Some, and Moze. 38 The sons of Seir, Lotan, Sobal, Sebegon, Ana, Deson, Osar, and Disan. 39 And the sons of Lotan, Chorri, and Aeman; and the sister of Lotan [was] Thamna. 40 The sons of Sobal; Alon, Machanath, Taebel, Sophi, and Onan: and the sons of Sebegon; Aeth, and Sonan. 41 The sons of Sonan, Daeson: and the sons of Daeson; Emeron, and Asebon, and Jethram, and Charran. 42 And the sons of Hosar, Balaam, and Zucam, and Acan: the sons of Disan, Os, and Aran. 43 And these [are] their kings, Balac the son of Beor; and the name of his city [was] Dennaba. 44 And Balac died, and Jobab the son of Zara of Bosorrha reigned in his stead. 45 And Jobab died, and Asom of the land of the Thaemanites reigned in his stead. 46 And Asom died, and Adad the son of Barad reigned in his stead, who smote Madiam in the plain of Moab: and the name of his city [was] Gethaim. 47 And Adad died, and Sebla of Masecca reigned in his stead. 48 And Sebla died, and Saul of Rhoboth by the river reigned in his stead. 49 And Saul died, and Balaennor son of Achobor reigned in his stead. 50 And Balaennor died, and Adad son of Barad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city [was] Phogor. 51 The princes of Edom: prince Thamna, prince Golada, prince Jether, 52 prince Elibamas, prince Elas, prince Phinon, 53 prince Kenez, prince Thaeman, prince Babsar, prince Magediel, 54 prince Zaphoin. These [are] the princes of Edom.

* 11 and Mesraim begot the Ludiim, and the Anamiim, and the Labin and the Nephthalim, 12 and the Patrosoniim and the Chasmoniim, whence came forth Phylistiim, and the Chaphoriim 13 And Chanaan begot Sidon his first-born, and the Chettite 14 and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite 15 and the Evite, and the Arukite, and the Asennite, 16 and the Aradian, and the Samarean, and the Amathite.

** 18 And Arphaxad begot Cainan, and Cainan begot Sala. And Sala begot Heber, 19 And to Heber were born two sons, the name of the one, Phalec, because in his days the earth was divided, and the name of his brother Jektan. 20 And Jektan begot Elmodad, and Saleph, and Aramoth, 21 and Kedorhan, and Aigen, and Deklam, 22 and Gemian and Abimekl and Saban 23 and Uphir, and Evi, and Oram, all these were the sons of Jektan.

ΑΔΑΜ, Σήθ, ᾿Ενώς, 2 Καϊνᾶν, Μαλελεήλ, ᾿Ιάρεδ, 3 ᾿Ενώχ, Μαθουσάλα, Λάμεχ, 4 Νῶε. υἱοὶ Νῶε· Σήμ, Χάμ, ᾿Ιάφεθ. 5 υἱοὶ ᾿Ιάφεθ· Γαμέρ, Μαγώγ, Μαδαΐμ, ᾿Ιωϋάν, ῾Ελισά, Θοβέλ, Μοσὸχ καὶ Θίρας. 6 καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Γαμέρ· ᾿Ασχανὰζ καὶ Ῥιφὰθ καὶ Θοργαμά. 7 καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Ιωϋάν· ῾Ελισὰ καὶ Θαρσίς, Κίτιοι καὶ Ῥόδιοι. 8 καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Χάμ· Χοὺς καὶ Μεσραΐμ, Φούδ, καὶ Χαναάν. 9 καὶ υἱοὶ Χούς· Σαβὰ καὶ Εὐιλὰ καὶ Σαβαθὰ καὶ Ῥεγμά, καὶ Σεβεθαχά. καὶ υἱοὶ Ῥεγμά· Σαβὰ καὶ Δαδάν. 10 καὶ Χοὺς ἐγέννησε τὸν Νεβρώδ· οὗτος ἤρξατο εἶναι γίγας κυνηγὸς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς.* 17 υἱοὶ Σήμ· Αἰλὰμ καὶ ᾿Ασσοὺδ καὶ ᾿Αρφαξάδ.** 24 <Σήμ, Αρφαξάδ, Καϊνᾶν, > Σαλά, 25 ῎Εβερ, Φαλέγ, Ῥαγαῦ, 26 Σερούχ, Νεχώρ, Θάρα, 27 ῾Αβραάμ. 28 υἱοὶ δὲ ῾Αβραάμ· ᾿Ισαὰκ καὶ ᾿Ισμαήλ. 29 αὗται δὲ αἱ γενέσεις πρωτοτόκου ᾿Ισμαήλ· Ναβαιὼθ καὶ Κηδάρ, Ναβδεήλ, Μαβσάμ, 30 Μασμά, ᾿Ιδουμά, Μασσή, Χονδάν, Θαιμάν, 31 ᾿Ιεττούρ, Ναφὲς καὶ Κεδμά. οὗτοί εἰσιν υἱοὶ ᾿Ισμαήλ. 32 καὶ υἱοὶ Χεττούρας παλλακῆς ῾Αβραάμ· καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν Ζεμβράμ, ᾿Ιεξάν, Μαδιάμ, Μαδάμ, Σοβάκ, Σωέ. καὶ υἱοὶ ᾿Ιεξάν· Δαιδὰν καὶ Σαβά. 33 καὶ υἱοὶ Μαδιάμ· Γαιφὰρ καὶ ᾿Οφὲρ καὶ ᾿Ενὼχ καὶ ᾿Αβιδὰ καὶ ᾿Ελλαδά. πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ Χεττούρας. 34 καὶ ἐγέννησεν ῾Αβραὰμ τὸν ᾿Ισαάκ. καὶ υἱοὶ ᾿Ισαάκ· ᾿Ιακὼβ καὶ ῾Ησαῦ. 35 υἱοὶ ῾Ησαῦ· ᾿Ελιφὰζ καὶ Ῥαγουὴλ καὶ ᾿Ιεοὺλ καὶ ᾿Ιεγλὸμ καὶ Κορέ. 36 υἱοὶ ᾿Ελιφάζ· Θαιμὰν καὶ ᾿Ωμάρ, Σωφὰρ καὶ Γοωθὰμ καὶ Κενὲζ καὶ τῆς Θαμνὰ ᾿Αμαλήκ. 37 καὶ υἱοὶ Ῥαγουήλ· Ναχές, Ζαρέ, Σομὲ καὶ Μοζέ. 38 υἱοὶ Σηΐρ· Λωτάν, Σωβάλ, Σεβεγών, ᾿Ανά, Δησών, ῾Ωσὰρ καὶ Λισάν. 39 καὶ υἱοὶ Λωτάν· Χορρὶ καὶ Αἰμάν, ἀδελφὴ δὲ Λωτὰν Θαμνά. 40 υἱοὶ Σωβάλ· Γωλάμ, Μαναχάθ, Γαιβήλ, Σὼβ καὶ ᾿Ωνάν. υἱοὶ δὲ Σεβεγών· ᾿Αϊὰ καὶ ᾿Ανά. 41 υἱοὶ ᾿Ανά· Δαισών. υἱοὶ δὲ Δαισών· ᾿Εμερὼν καὶ ᾿Εσεβὰν καὶ ᾿Ιεθρὰν καὶ Χαρράν. 42 καὶ υἱοὶ ῾Ωσάρ· Βαλαὰμ καὶ Ζουκὰμ καὶ ᾿Ιωκάν. υἱοὶ Δαισάν· ῍Ως καὶ ᾿Αράν. 43 καὶ οὗτοι οἱ βασιλεῖς αὐτῶν· Βαλὰκ υἱὸς Βεώρ, καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ Δενναβά. 44 καὶ ἀπέθανε Βαλάκ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ ᾿Ιωβὰβ υἱὸς Ζαρὰ ἐκ Βοσόρρας. 45 καὶ ἀπέθανεν ᾿Ιωβάβ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ ᾿Ασὸμ ἐκ γῆς Θαιμανών. 46 καὶ ἀπέθανεν ᾿Ασόμ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ ᾿Αδὰδ υἱὸς Βαρὰδ ὁ πατάξας Μαδιὰμ ἐν τῷ πεδίῳ Μωάβ, καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ Γεθθαίμ. 47 καὶ ἀπέθανεν ᾿Αδάδ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ Σεβλὰ ἐκ Μασεκκᾶς. 48 καὶ ἀπέθανε Σεβλά, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ’ αὐτοῦ Σαοὺλ ἐκ Ῥοωβὼθ τῆς παρὰ ποταμόν. 49 καὶ ἀπέθανε Σαούλ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ Βαλαεννὼρ υἱὸς ᾿Αχοβώρ. 50 καὶ ἀπέθανε Βαλαεννώρ, καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ᾿ αὐτοῦ ᾿Αδὰδ υἱὸς Βαράδ, καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ Φογώρ. 51 ἡγεμόνες ᾿Εδώμ· ἡγεμὼν Θαμνά, ἡγεμὼν Γωλαδά, ἡγεμὼν ᾿Ιεθέρ, 52 ἡγεμὼν ᾿Ελιβαμάς, ἡγεμὼν ᾿Ηλάς, ἡγεμὼν Φινών, 53 ἡγεμὼν Κενέζ, ἡγεμὼν Θαιμάν, ἡγεμὼν Μαβσάρ, ἡγεμὼν Μαγεδιήλ, ἡγεμὼν Ζαφωΐν. οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες ᾿Εδώμ.

* 11 Καὶ Μεσραΐμ ἐγέννησε τοὺς Λωδιεὶμ καὶ τοὺς ᾿Αναμιεὶμ καὶ τοὺς Λαβεὶν καὶ τοὺς Νεφθαλὶμ 12 καὶ τοὺς Πατροσωνιεὶμ καὶ τοὺς Χασλωνιείμ, ὅθεν ἐξῆλθεν ἐκεῖθεν Φυλιστιείμ, καὶ τοὺς Χαφοριεὶμ 13 καὶ Χαναὰν ἐγέννησε τὸν Σιδῶνα πρωτότοκον καὶ τὸν Χετταῖον 14 καὶ τὸν ᾿Ιεβουσαῖον καὶ τὸν ᾿Αμορραῖον καὶ τὸν Γεργεσαῖον 15 καὶ τὸν Εὐαῖον καὶ τὸν ᾿Αρουκαῖον καὶ τὸν ᾿Ασενναῖον 16 καὶ τὸν ᾿Αράδιον καὶ τὸν Σαμαραῖον καὶ τὸν ᾿Αμαθί.

** 18 Καὶ ᾿Αρφαξὰδ ἐγέννησε τὸν Καϊνᾶν, καὶ Καϊνᾶν ἐγέννησε τὸν Σαλά, καὶ Σαλὰ ἐγέννησε τὸν ᾿Εβέρ, 19 καὶ τῷ ᾿Εβὲρ ἐγεννήθησαν δύο υἱοί· ὄνομα τῷ ἑνὶ Φαλέκ, ὅτι ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις αὐτοῦ διεμερίσθη ἡ γῆ, καὶ ὄνομα τῷ ἀδελφῷ αὐτοῦ ᾿Ιεκτάν. 20 καὶ ᾿Ιεκτὰν ἐγέννησε τὸν ᾿Ελμωδὰδ καὶ τὸν Σαλὲφ καὶ τὸν ᾿Αραμὼθ 21 καὶ τὸν Κεδουρὰν καὶ τὸν Αἰγὴν καὶ τὸν Δεκλὰμ 22 καὶ τὸν Γεμιὰν καὶ τὸν ᾿Αβιμέκλ καὶ τὸν Σαβὰν 23 καὶ τὸν Οὐφεὶρ καὶ τὸν Εὐὶ καὶ τὸν ᾿Ωράμ· πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ ᾿Ιεκτάν.
