|E SAYS that anyway everything that has been announced will be fulfilled and the generation of the faithful will remain. (...) Since the word 'generation' in the Bible has many meanings (for it means the people that descend from the circumcision as well as those who descend from the nations), we must listen and understand, that the generation which was in front of the Savior of the New Testament, will not pass, nor will it arrive to the promises, until all things the Savior said have been fulfilled. And to each of us these things must happen mystically, if one endures and remains unmovable from the teaching in all until the end, until the glorious presence of Christ.||
